Ruth Farrugia, RGD
owner and operator
I completed my studies in the respected Graphic Design program at Dawson College. Since then, I have been working for over 20 years as the in-house designer for the City of Côte Saint-Luc, first as the designer for the public library, and then as the designer for the Public Affairs and Communications Department shortly thereafter. I bring passion and expertise to every client’s project, be it big or small. My varied client list has allowed me to work on many different types of visual communications.
I have my certification with the Association of Registered Graphic Designers, a vibrant organization with a focus on ethical business practice, mentoring young designers and furthering our education as designers. For more information on what sets certified RGDs apart, read this article. I have volunteered with RGD as the facilitator of the Designers for Municipalities Virtual Community, serving as a member on two committees, doing portfolio reviews for provisional members, and participating in the judging of the student awards.
