Côte Saint-Luc Inside Out is a magazine sent out to every resident a few times a year. Inside Out is news you can use for their citizens. It replaced their previous publication, The Courier, which was published as a newspaper-style broadsheet. Inside Out is more portable, more visual, with clean, colourful infographics, photos and brief, digestible articles. It is also posted in PDF format on the city’s website.
